Kudos to Nestor Mamontayo, an ASBU employee of the City Environment and Natural Resources Office, for returning a wallet to its rightful owner on March 27, 2023.
Mr. Mamontayo found the wallet in Maa, Bugac, Davao City and turned it over to our office. Ms. Rachel Libuangan was identified as the owner, and the wallet was returned to her in good faith.
